Dobrý den, mrzí nás, že jste nás na toto neupozornili při Vaší návštěvě. Penzion je celý nekuřácký. Jelikož neuvádíte své jméno, ale jste uveden jako anonym, nemůžeme ani zjistit, na jakém jste byl pokoji. Tyto záležitosti je třeba řešit okamžitě na místě, abychom příp. zjednali nápravu. Po Vašem odjezdu a takto na dálku bohužel nemůžeme zhodnotit. Děkujeme za Vaši návštěvu. Jezerní penzion
